Every project requires an overarching design concept. But CL MAP GmbH provides far more than that: it also strives to implement the concept as efficiently as possible by ensuring that all the various stages – from planning, tendering and contract awards to construction supervision and quality control – are completed as costed and in line with the requirements stipulated by the client. One of the primary goals of our planning work is to maintain a sensible balance between capital investment and operating costs.
